At the recommendation of state and local authorities and for the health and safety of our vendors and guests, we are rescheduling World Famous Hip-Hop Family Day due to coronavirus (COVID-19) concerns. Please stay tuned as we finalize plans for the new date.
As an organization and festival that is committed to our vendors having the best opportunity and experience, we will prioritize the needs of those who applied early in the process and opt to retain their spot as vendors as we reschedule the festival date.
If you have submitted an application, been invoiced, and paid the vending fee:
We are offering the option to either: a) hold your spot for the rescheduled date or b) request a refund. (Please allow 3-5 business days to process any requested refunds.)
**If you request a refund, but later want to be a vendor at this year's festival, you will need to start the process over by re-submitting an application. Unfortunately, we will not be able to hold your place in line with the volume of applications received.
If you have submitted an application and received an invoice, but have not yet paid:
Do not pay your invoice. We will begin to accept payments again after the rescheduled date has been announced. You will receive an updated invoice reflecting the new festival date, at which point, we will advise you to pay as soon as possible due to the high level of interest and the limited number of vending spaces available.
If you have submitted an application, but have not been issued an invoice:
We have received your application, but due to recent events, we have paused the review process. Upon announcing the rescheduled festival date, we will begin to review vendor applications again, and if you are accepted, an invoice will be issued.
If you are planning to submit a vendor application for the
2020 World Famous Hip-Hop Family Day:
We would love to have you! Vendor submissions will reopen after the rescheduled festival date is announced. Please visit this page for vending updates as they become available.
